While undergoing the considerable challenge of coming up with a challenge, we decided that a community lot could be a good part of the challenge! This lot will also be useful to anyone who has an island themed hood, or just likes islands!
Your sims will arrive on the lot in the “water” – this isn’t an issue, as they can climb onto land easily enough, as I’ve discovered through testing. The trash bin, payphone, and water objects are hidden under a large rock on the left side of the lot, in case you want to do anything with them.
I’m afraid there is no clean version of this lot – it requires all EPs and SPs and includes a buttload of CC.

Hi, all of you creations are AMAZING, and I have downloaded almost everything, but when I try to download this lot and your last lot (the CC’d version) I get this message:
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.
It only seems to be these two links, and I have all cookies enabled, so I thought it might be your site. If I’m just being an idiot and it’s my problem, please ignore this. But I really want to download your lots and I don’t know what else to do.
I normally use Google Chrome, but I booted up Firefox and I got the same error. The download counter seems to be looping the redirect (or reversing the polarity of the neutron flow), and so yeah, not working. I’m going to see what I can do to fix it.
