While undergoing the considerable challenge of coming up with a challenge, we decided that a community lot could be a good part of the challenge! This lot will also be useful to anyone who has an island themed hood, or just likes islands!
Your sims will arrive on the lot in the “water” – this isn’t an issue, as they can climb onto land easily enough, as I’ve discovered through testing. The trash bin, payphone, and water objects are hidden under a large rock on the left side of the lot, in case you want to do anything with them.
I’m afraid there is no clean version of this lot – it requires all EPs and SPs and includes a buttload of CC.

an overview
I come bearing lots perfect for the Castaway Challenge that I’m writing! One is plain, contains only the ocean sand and water objects, and can be used by any game so long as you have Nightlife and Seasons. The other is tricked out and comes with all of the CC pictured here, and it requires all EPs and all SPs (since that’s what I have).
For the Castaway Stories objects to work properly, you will need the “corefuncs” from MATY. Also please be advised that in my game I have a default replacement rock texture (to make it black instead of grey), and that some of the objects visible from the lot are, in fact, neighborhood objects. Therefore, YMMV. But you don’t want my exact lot anyway – naturally you’ll want to make it your own. :3
