an overview
I come bearing lots perfect for the Castaway Challenge that I’m writing! One is plain, contains only the ocean sand and water objects, and can be used by any game so long as you have Nightlife and Seasons. The other is tricked out and comes with all of the CC pictured here, and it requires all EPs and all SPs (since that’s what I have).
For the Castaway Stories objects to work properly, you will need the “corefuncs” from MATY. Also please be advised that in my game I have a default replacement rock texture (to make it black instead of grey), and that some of the objects visible from the lot are, in fact, neighborhood objects. Therefore, YMMV. But you don’t want my exact lot anyway – naturally you’ll want to make it your own. :3

This house actually functions as a rowhouse (such as those available from pixel trade), so you can place it directly next to other rowhouses (5 squares back from the road), or use it as a standalone house!
The cost of the lot is $135k, so it’s not exactly a starter.
The house is fully-furnished, and I have kept CC to a minimum. I also removed all unnecessary recolours from the sims2pack, to keep bloat down.
Unfortunately, this does require all EPs and SPs, because I cannot run the AnyGameStarter on this machine, and I have everything.
